You understand that in the event of shipping loss or damage subsequent investigations may occur and that replacement products, if any, will not be shipped out until investigations or investigation periods have ended. If you are concerned about any matters related to shipping related to carriers, costs, shipping times, or special requests you must contact NOVIABETTY in advance of making any orders.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. NOVIABETTY does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Termination

We will revoke the Website use privileges of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
